Dynamic Mode Decomposition is a data based approach to understand the spatio temporal modes in a data set without any prior knowledge of the governing equations for the data. It is a best fit linear approximation of the time series data. In this approach we will be exploring this methodology to understand chest X-ray images and even try to predict the next iteration of the same.
