Ram’s current focus is on Therapeutic Transformation Services which enhances care delivery, reimbursement, and patient-centricity. Therapeutic Transformation is a more comprehensive approach to value-based healthcare as it can enable convenient care, improve health outcomes while reducing the cost of treatment.
Ram has 20 years of Continuous Improvement experience in Manufacturing and Service industries and is a LEAN SixSigma practitioner. He is an alum of the Carlson School at University of Minnesota and Clemson University.
