I wear many hats.
My primary role/hat is User Experience Designer (UXD): I align user needs and experiences with the business needs and goals of the client. This involves understanding the client’s customers/user-base, empathy for their experiences through data-driven assessments, and using that information to architect a blueprint that fuses design and development into a seamless process for the end-user.
This hat includes my work with information architecture (IA), content management and strategy, user-centered design and usability/accessibility.

Accessibility Specialist: accessibility heuristics evaluation, WCAG 2.0 AA evaluation, JAWS/NVDA/VoiceOver testing, HTML/CSS/ARIA implementation evaluation

Web: HTML5, CSS3, semantic markup, responsive web design, web design usability and accessibility
UX: persona identification, user pathway development, competitive/heuristic analysis, content choreography, wireframe development, interaction flow charts, global style guide framework and documentation

BA: Business needs analysis, business requirements development, user acceptance criteria development
